1. If the reservation policy is Non Refundable, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime
2. For all Refundable reservation policies
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival
The guest will be charged 50% of the total reservation price if they cancel within 14 days of arrival
If the guest doesn’t show up (no show) , they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
